Although it’s certainly risen in popularity more in recent years, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu also has a fascinating history dating back nearly 100 years. There are multiple places online to get a little BJJ education, but I highly recommend a few select places for your own deep dive into the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
